The bhajanamandaly is the chief organizer of Makara Ponkala and Srimad Bhagavata Saptaha. House to house contact programmes are held to enlighten the general public about various temple activities. Programmes are held every Sunday at temple premises between 10AM and 11 AM to teach them Hindu Dharma, Rituals and Practices, Bhagavat Gita, Epics and Summary of Upanishats. SREE KURUMBA VADYAKALA KENDRAM Training programmes are held on Saturdays and Sundays by renowned artist Shri Chengamanad Parameswaran Nair in Chenda, Kurunkuzhal and Elathalam. Financial support to poor children who are good in studies and financial assistance in medical emergencies are some of the charitable activities of the Trust.
